Do I need an app to scan a vehicle tag?
No. A compatible phone browser opens the QR contact page.
Can a scanner call the owner’s mobile number?
No number is displayed. A verified scanner can request a private browser call, and the owner chooses whether to join. Phone fallback is unavailable during the controlled pilot.
Is an alert guaranteed to reach the owner?
No. Availability and delivery depend on the owner’s settings and external networks. This is not an emergency-response service.
